18/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on Monday, Commissioner Philippe Busquin and the Chilean Minister for external Relations, Maria Soledad Alvaer will sign a scientific and technical co-operation agreement between the EU and Chile, which will allow research bodies of that country to participate in the activities of the Vth Research Framework-Programme.
