First anniversary of European road safety campaign

Brussels, 10/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the Red Cross will be celebrating the first anniversary of its European road safety campaign, attended by the Transport Commissioner Loyola de Palacio and the Belgian transport minister Isabelle Durant. The campaign was launched in 2001 throughout the EU with EUR 900,000 in funding from the European Commission.
