The German chemicals and pharmaceuticals group MERCK has sold its raticide products to the French company, DE SANGOSSE. These activities were grouped within LIPHATEC whose rat elimination products generated a turnover last year of EUR 23 million, representing a global market share of 10%. The financial arrangements of the operation were not disclosed.
