Infringement proceedings launched against Greece, France, Italy and UK

Brussels, 29/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has launched infringement proceedings against Greece, Italy, France and the UK.

  • Greece: pipe conveyors in Megalopoli. The European Commission has referred Greece to the Court of Justice for inviting a company to submit a tender for building a pip e conveyor in Megalopoli for the state electricity company ("DEH") without prior publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
