29/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Monday the European Commission announced the adoption of an extra EUR 30 million in aid for regions where EU Member States border on candidate countries. The aid has been granted under pressure from the European Parliament and will come from the flexibility instrument in the 2002 budget. EUROPE will return to this.
