Brussels, 29/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - In its sixth annual report on EU trade policy, published on Friday last (see EUROPE of 26 July, p.13), the WTO notes that by "pursuing trade liberalisation through multilateral, regional and bilateral initiatives, the European Union has maintained its markets largely open - except for textiles and agriculture".
