29/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Presidents of the regional parliaments of Catalonia, Jean Rigol i Roig, and of Tuscany, Riccardo Nencini, signed a common declaration in mid-July in which they call for the Conference of the European Regional Legislative Assemblies to be institutionalised. There are currently assemblies from Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Finland in the Conference of the European Regional Legislative Assemblies.
