Brussels, 19/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - A "ministerial level" meeting will take place between the European Union and Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay) on 22-24 July in Rio de Janeiro to assess negotiations for a free-trade agreement between the two regions, which for the moment, remains a dead-letter.
