France's LA POSTE and POSTEN AB, a Swedish postal company, have signed an agreement for the joint development of parcel operations in Poland and the Baltic states. Under the agreement, LA POSTE will take a 50% stake in MASTERLINK (EUR 10.8 million annual turnover), a subsidiary of POSTEN AB that holds 10% of the Polish parcels market.
