ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) rail

France's DE DIETRICH has signed a deal to sell off its rail subsidiary COGIFER (annual turnover of EUR 345 million, workforce of 2350) to Germany's VOSSLOH AG (annual turnover of EUR 903 million, workforce of 5,400) for an undisclosed sum. The German company will sell its lighting business.
