Brussels, 19/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU's foreign ministers will change the rules governing the Council's operations on Monday in line with the decisions taken at the Seville Summit. The text is expected to be adopted without debate following agreement reached by the EU's Permanent Representatives. The Danish Presidency's timetable (see Europe of 5 July, p.6) will become final once these changes have been made.
