Parliament agrees to increase Community TEN funding from 10 to 20%

Strasbourg, 09/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of the report by Francesco Turchi (UEN, Italy) on the proposal of regulation concerning Community financial aid for trans-European networks (TEN), the European Parliament recognises the need to increase the level of Community TEN cofunding from 10 to 20% for certain priority projects.
