GENERAL NEWS / (eu) ombudsman

09/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Ombudsman has published the printed version of his annual report 2001. It is available from the Ombudsman's office in Strasbourg. The publication coincides with the 10,000th complaint filed since its creation in 1995. "This shows that European citizens are increasingly aware of their right to complain and have confidence in the service I can provide for them", said Jacob Söderman.
