Brussels, 05/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, just as at the last Agriculture Council, France reiterated once again its opposition to any reform of the Common Agricultural Policy. During a speech to the National Assembly, the French Prime Minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, declared that "The government would ensure that the decisions taken by the Heads of State and Government at Berlin in 119 are respected and would henceforth, resist any attempts to amend the Common Agricultural Policy"....
