Lydie Polfer calls on Moldova to fulfil its commitments to the Council of Europe

Strasbourg, 05/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Luxembourg's foreign minister Lydie Polfer, currently presiding over the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers has written a letter to Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin, in which she urges Moldova to fulfil its commitments to the 44-member Council of Europe.
