Funding for road projects in Sweden

Luxembourg, 27/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is to contribute to the funding, in Sweden, of two road projects that will contribute to reducing traffic jams in the regions of Gothenburg and Stockholm. The first loan, of SEK 600 million - 65 million euro - is for the "Gotaleden" project, involving the upgrading of a busy urban road in the centre of Gothenburg.
