Luxembourg, the court of the first instance has announced that it has dropped its demand for the application of interim measures, after having obtained from the Commission an extension of the deadline that the Commission had set up to separate it from Legrand (see EUROPE 31 January page 14). This deadline was kept secret, but appears to be 1 February 2003.
