BANK AUSTRIA has taken over the 62.59% stake held by Italian UNICREDIT in the Croatian bank, SPLITSKA BANKA, for the sum of EUR 94.4 million. The State agency for banking rehabilitation (DAB) will also sell to the Austrian bank its 25% stake in SPLITSKA BANKA, for the sum of EUR 37.7 million.
