Brussels, 06/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved acquisition by the French heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems company, Cofathec (Gaz de France group) of a 50% stake in Climespace, thus taking over joint control of the company with Elyo (French group Suez) which was hitherto the sole owner.
