The German fashion group ESCADA has sold its subsidiary ESCADA BEAUTE to ROCHAS, the French subsidiary of the German company WELLA. Furthermore, ESCADA has entrusted the development of its perfume, a sector created by ESCADA BEAUTE which made a turnover of EUR 51 million last year, to COSMOPOLITAN COSMETICS, WELLA's prestige subsidiary, for a fifteen-year period.
