Cofathec is authorised to acquire 50% of Climespace

Brussels, 06/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved acquisition by the French heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems company, Cofathec (Gaz de France group) of a 50% stake in Climespace, thus taking over joint control of the company with Elyo (French group Suez) which was hitherto the sole owner. Climespace operates in the creation and development of district cooling networks and in the distribution of cold water for cooling systems. The Commission...
