Javier Solana hails introduction of provisional institutions

Brussels, 04/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, has hailed the establishment of the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Kosovo saying "I was very pleased by the good news coming from Pristina today. I would like to congratulate the Kosovo Albanian leaders for having mustered the political courage necessary to overcome their difficulties. Their much awaited decision is an important step forward in the implementation of UN Security Council...
