Brussels, 04/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish Presidency has issued a declaration in which the EU "welcomes the announcement of a meeting between the Heads of State of Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia to be held in Rabat upon the invitation by his Majesty King Mohamed VI."
