04/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The representatives of the EU Member State governments adopted, on Thursday, a decision to transfer ECSC funds and their management to the European Community on 24 July 2002, when the ECSC Treaty expires. This decision also creates a common research fund in coal and steel-related sectors.
