04/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - Guernsey, Jersey, Grenada and St Vincent, Grenadines, Antigua-&-Barbuda pledged at the OECD that they would improve the transparency of their taxation and regulatory systems and establish effective information exchange for fiscal purposes with the OECD countries by 31 December 2005, the organisation announced.
