20/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The member of the Bonino list, Olivier Dupuis MEP has accused President Kostunica, in a press release, of having refused investigators of the International War Crimes Tribunal of The Hague access to the archives of the Yugoslav armed forces, access, he says, of fundamental importance "to reconstruct what happened in the Balkans over the past ten years".
