20/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The chair of European Civilisation (funded by the Robert Bosch Foundation) was inaugurated on 20 February at the European College's campus in Natolin in Poland. The former President of Germany Richard von Weiszäcker made the opening speech and Professor Bronislaw Geremek, former Polish foreign minister, was appointed as chair holder.
