The German group BEHR (turnover of some 2.2 bn euro in 2001) has taken control of DTP - DAYTON THERMAL PRODUCTS (660 million euro turnover with 200 employees), a subsidiary specialised in air-conditioning systems of the American manufacturer CHRYSLER. The latter will retain a minority stake in DTP for another two years, then BEHR "will take total control".
