Brussels, 14/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Gas Forum (aka the Madrid Forum) adopted guidelines this week on good practice in terms of granting third parties access to the EU's gas networks. Loyola de Palacio, the Energy Commissioner, said this was an important step that will strengthen integration and transparency in terms of access and this progress should be confirmed in the months to come.
