LABORATOIRES THEA (51 million euro turnover in 2001) has just opened up its capital to CREDIT AGRICOLE through its subsidiaries UI and IDIA PARTICIPATIONS. Together, the latter have paid 24.4 million euro for a 19% stake in the French ophthalmology laboratory.
