Fayot welcomes return to at least part of constitutive power in hands of parliamentarians

Brussels, 01/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - Former MEP Ben Fayot, who is one of the two representatives of the Luxembourg Parliament in the Convention on the future of Europe, welcomed the exercise that will enable parliamentarians to recover at least a part of the constitutive power.
