Brussels, 21/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - "The countdown for the Convention has begun", stressed the Spanish Minister of state for European Affairs, Ramon de Miguel, when presenting the priorities of his presidency regarding institutional affairs to the Committee on Constitutional Affairs.
