In order to have available liquidity, American RELIANT RESOURCES is studying offers for its Dutch electricity production and distribution activities company, UNA. Expressing interest are: RWE (Germany), ENDESA (Spain), ENEL (Italy), INTERNATIONAL POWER (United Kingdom) and NUON (Netherlands).
