The French animal food group EVIALIS has announced the sale of its majority stake in SIPRA - SOCIETE IVOIRIENNE DE PRODUCTIONS ANIMALES (annual turnover EUR 15 million), an investment group comprising WEST AFRICA GROWTH FUND, the insurance company COLINA, and the director general of the company.
