The French manufacturer of industrial robots, CYBERNETIX, has bought up GROUPE B+ TECHNOLOGIES (automated systems for logistics and distribution; annual turnover EUR 10 million). With the acquisition, last December, of the industrial activity of WESTINGHOUSE BARRAS PROVENCE, this move will allow CYBERNETIX to increase its turnover by 50%, from EUR 43 million to EUR 68 million.
