PRUDENTIAL, the British insurance company, is negotiating the acquisition of ZEBANK, the on-line bank subsidiary of ARNAULT and of the Franco-Belgian group DEXIA. PRUDENTIAL is already present in the on-line bank through its British subsidiary EGG.
