Brussels, 12/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Representatives of Member States noted an agreement on Wednesday on the European arrest warrant. Having heard the Italian ambassador confirm that his country agreed with the framework-decision that was adopted by the other fourteen Member states, and after he had presented the unilateral declaration that Italy would sign up to the decision, Coreper noted a unanimous agreement (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7).
