The Swedish-Swiss group ABB is to sell its ventilation and air conditioning activities to the investment company GLOBAL AIR MOVEMENT, based in Luxembourg, for the sum of $225 million. The division sold accounts for $440 million in turnover and employs 3,500. The division will join WOODS AIR MOVEMENT (turnover $95 million with 700 employed), British subsidiary of GLOBAL AIR MOVEMENT.
