The events of 11 September cast a new light on the Euro-Mediterranean Process and the need to develop a broader partnership on issues of security, the economy, as well as social, cultural and human aspects. This at leas is how the outcome of the Ministerial meeting held in Brussels earlier in November may be analysed.
