Brussels, 13/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties adopted a report by its Chairman Graham Watson, Monday evening, marking its backing for the European Commission's plans to create a European arrest warrant and align the definitions of and sanctions against terrorism.
