Commission takes France, Germany, Italy and Portugal to court
Brussels, 22/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to refer France, Germany, Italy and Portugal to the Court of Justice for restrictions on the freedom to supply services (Treaty Article 49) and the freedom of establishment (Article 43):
