French DALKIA INTERNATIONAL has acquired the Italian thermal management company SIRAM (turnover EUR 200 million in 2000 with 1450 employed). The transaction represents DALKIA investment of EUR 180 million, including takeover of the debt. DALKIA made a turnover of EUR 130 million in 2000 in Italy where it employs 900.
