Brussels, 13/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - During the solemn session of the Conference of Presidents of the European Parliament which was devoted, on Wednesday, to the attacks on the United States the day before, European Parliament President Nicole Fontaine proposed holding an "exceptional European Council".
