13/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The new guidelines on the granting of State aid intended to finance the promotion in the EU of agricultural products (dairy products, cereals, sugar, ethyl alcohol, yoghurt, pastry products) were published in the Official journal C/252 of 12 September (see details in EUROPE of 7 June p.13). As a reminder, these rules, that must take effect from 1 January 2002, are intended to update the current legislation (dating back to 1986 and 1987) and introduce...
