Brussels, 13/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Standing Veterinary Committee (SVC) has endorsed the European Commission's proposal to extend the restrictions imposed on the United Kingdom as a result of foot and mouth disease until 30 November, namely the prohibition to export live susceptible animals and their germinal products, fresh meat and meat products, and fresh milk and milk products.
