ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

Spain's ENDESA has concluded an agreement with its Italian counterpart ENEL to sell it its subsidiary NUEVA VIESGO (annual turnover of 120 bn pesetas) for 2.147 bn euro. NUEVA VIESGO has a total capacity of 2,365 megawatts and 560,000 customers.
