The groups CREDIT MUTUEL-CIC and GROUPMA-GAN have announced the unravelling of their partnership in the bank-insurance businesses which will take the form of CIC's capital mutual insurer business and its life-insurance subsidiary (SOCAPI) and damage insure (SERENIS) leaving the group. The parties stipulated that the total amount of the operation was 1.37 bn euro, 1.15 bn of which for the 23% CIC holds in GROUPAMA-GAN.
