The Belgian firm DOCHPHARMA, specialised in generic medicines, has concluded a memorandum of understanding for the takeover of 100% of the shares in its compatriot AKTUAPHAMA (BEF 300 million turnover in 2000), specialised for its part in the distribution of medicines of European origin.
