10/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Heinz-Schwarzkopf foundation is taking the opportunity, on September 17 in Hamburg, to award the "Young European of the Year" prize to the former president of the European Students' Forum (AEGEE), the Romanian Oana Mailatescu, who was selected by a panel comprising representatives of the Foundation, the European Commission and the European Youth Parliament. Joschka Fischer will be making a speech during the prize-giving ceremony. The prize is worth Euro 5,000...
