Durant attempts to rally representatives of Arab and African aviation to new norms on aircraft noise

Brussels, 29/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - Belgian Transport Minister Isabelle Durant last week met in Rabat and Cairo the representatives of the Arab and African Civil Aviation Conferences, in order to rally them to the project of new norms on aircraft noise. The norms should in principle be adopted during the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) from 25 September to 5 October.
